Jill would like to know about drone insurance options, the providers in the business, the different options in drone insurance and what are the best ways drone pilots can make best decisions when getting drone insurance.

Thanks for the question, Jill. In today's episode we discuss about the companies in the US that provide drone insurance and the options available to pilots. We discuss common providers and what features are offered by these companies. We touch upon the fact the largest and possibly the most common provider of drone insurance and if additional options to pilots actually helps pilots/industry. We then discuss into the types of insurance available and if pilots are better off purchasing an annual insurance vs a daily or per flight insurance and why this is so.

We then discuss options such as blanket policy for drone insurance, hull insurance and if pilots need a general insurance for their drone business and equipment.
